Fees

Pricing follows the work, not a software seat. A Conversion Path Audit is quoted as a project. Clinics and readouts are quoted as sessions. We do not offer monthly or annual plans.

Conversion Path Audit

Starting from £4,800 for a single path (for example first open to yearly plan on one platform). A second path — such as returning subscriber versus new install — is quoted separately after the briefing, because it is a second reconstruction, not a discount tier.

The quote moves with:

• Number of distinct sequences that must be written
• Whether a second language build must be walked
• Whether event names currently reconstruct the path, or Event Mapping is needed first
• Whether the readout must be in person at the Manchester studio

Drop-off Clinic

£1,150 for a three-hour clinic plus a stall note. The fee assumes the designer and engineer who own the screen can attend. If they cannot, wait until they can; we will not charge for a room of observers.

Event Mapping for Conversion Steps

£1,900 for one conversion path dictionary and a review call. If the mapping reveals that an audit cannot yet be evidenced, we will say that before you book the larger project.

Path Readout Session

£640 when booked on its own after a prior written path. Included in the Conversion Path Audit.

What we will not price as a package

We will not sell “starter / professional / enterprise” access to a product. We will not put a round number on a path we have not seen. Deposits of 40% hold a start week; the remainder is due on delivery of the written path, before any extra readout.
