Privacy

Service Routepoint is the data controller for personal data submitted through this website and for contact details we hold in order to deliver path work. You can write to us at hello@service-routepoint.click or at Office 6, 76 Placeholder Street, Manchester ZZ2 2AE.

What we collect

From the briefing form: name, email, optional notes about screens and booked work, and any service or stall you select. From email and phone: the contents of those messages. We do not ask for passwords, customer lists, or recording files through the public form.

If we later view session recordings under a booking, those recordings may contain personal data of your users. In that case you remain the controller of your users’ data; we act on your instructions as a processor under a written agreement for that booking.

Purposes and lawful bases

We use briefing data to reply, to quote, and to deliver booked work (contract and legitimate interests in running a studio). We keep accounts records as required by UK law (legal obligation). If you accept analytics cookies, we use them to understand which pages are read (consent).

Retention

Unsuccessful briefing messages are kept for 18 months. Contracts, invoices, and the written path for a paid booking are kept for six years. Cookie choices stored in your browser remain until you clear them.

Rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability where those rights apply. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We will not sell your contact details.

International transfers

Our email and hosting providers may store data outside the UK. Where that happens we rely on an adequacy regulation or standard contractual clauses as appropriate.

Recipients

We share data with email hosting, web hosting, and, where you have booked work, with a second reader inside Service Routepoint. We do not share briefing data with advertising networks.
