Service Routepoint

Refunds and cancellation

This notice applies to conversion path analytics work booked with Service Routepoint: Conversion Path Audits, Drop-off Clinics, Event Mapping, and Path Readout Sessions. We do not sell physical goods, software licences, or downloadable courses, so those models are not covered.

Eligibility

A full refund of sums paid is due if we cancel a booking and cannot offer a start week within 30 days that you accept. A full refund of the deposit is due if you cancel in writing more than 10 working days before the agreed kickoff and we have not started reconstruction.

Partial refunds

If you cancel between 10 and 3 working days before kickoff, we retain 40% of the project fee (the deposit) for held time, and refund any additional sums already paid. If reconstruction has started — recordings viewed, screen lists marked, or a dictionary drafted — fees for work already done are not refundable. We will itemise that work on request.

Non-refundable items

Time already spent on reconstruction, a completed stall note, a delivered written path, and a readout that has taken place are not refundable. Studio room hire booked at your request for an in-person clinic is not refundable once the room date has passed.

Timeframe and method

Refund requests go to hello@service-routepoint.click or by phone to +44 161 000 6520, with the booking confirmation attached. We decide within 10 working days and pay by the original method within 14 further working days.

Rescheduling and no-shows

You may reschedule a clinic or readout once, with at least 3 working days’ notice, at no extra fee. A no-show without notice forfeits the session fee. For audits, moving the kickoff by more than two weeks may require a new quote if the screen list has changed.

Deposits and work already started

A 40% deposit holds a start week. The remainder is due on delivery of the written path. If we have started and you withdraw because internal access was never granted, the deposit is retained; we will not invoice the remainder.

Exceptions

If a consumer booking is entitled to a cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, we will honour that period for services not yet started. Once you ask us to begin reconstruction within a cooling-off period, you acknowledge that the right to cancel that started portion may be lost.
