A Drop-off Clinic is for teams that already know the painful screen and need a structured reading of why people leave it. We watch a short set of recordings together, reconstruct the states that lead into that screen, and leave with a stall note: what the screen assumes, what the previous screen promised, and which of those assumptions the recordings contradict.

Bring the designer and engineer who can change the screen. A clinic without those two people tends to produce a polite summary and no change. We will decline a booking if the only attendees are observers.
