Service Routepoint
Terms of use
These terms govern use of the Service Routepoint website and the conversion path analytics work we accept. By requesting a briefing or booking path work you agree to them. The governing law is the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where a consumer in another part of Great Britain is entitled to local mandatory protections.
Acceptance
A contract for path work is formed when we send a written confirmation of scope, fee, and start week, and you pay the deposit stated on that confirmation. Browsing this website does not create a contract for an audit.
The work
We provide human-delivered Conversion Path Audits, Drop-off Clinics, Event Mapping, and Path Readout Sessions as described on this site. We do not sell software, licences, or hosted analytics. Written paths and stall notes are prepared for the commissioning organisation and may not be resold as a product.
Intellectual property
You retain rights in your app, recordings, event names, and internal documents. We retain rights in our methods and in the uncustomised structure of a path review. Upon full payment you receive a licence to use the written path internally, including sharing it with contractors who work on the same screens. You may not publish the document as if it were a general research paper without our written consent.
Confidentiality
We treat recordings, event dictionaries, and screen lists as confidential and use them only to deliver the booked work. We will not use your product as a public case study unless you agree in writing. Anonymised teaching examples that cannot identify the app may appear in field notes.
Liability
We reconstruct paths from the access you provide. If recordings are sparse or event names cannot distinguish states, the written path will say so. We are not liable for commercial outcomes after you change a screen. Our aggregate liability for a booking is limited to the fees paid for that booking, except where liability cannot be limited under GB law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, and fraud).
Site use
Do not misuse this website, attempt to disrupt it, or submit unlawful content through the briefing form. We may withdraw the site for maintenance.
Changes
We may update these terms on this page. Bookings already confirmed remain on the terms sent with the confirmation.
